What do you dislike most about this product?
It is annoying when there are sometimes problems with the formatting or sending of documents. That, however, does not occur daily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because it streamlines the process of collecting client signatures on crucial marketing agreement contracts, I recommend this tool.

What differentiates PandaDoc DMS from other similar products?
PandaDoc has become central to how we handle proposals and contracts. In shipping sales, timing matters. Waiting days for signatures can kill momentum. PandaDoc keeps things moving. We draft, send, track, and sign in one flow. Customers don’t need explanations. They open, review, sign. Done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tracking is where it really earns its place. You know when a customer opens a document, which pages they linger on, and when it’s signed. That insight helps guide follow-ups. If a client pauses on pricing pages, you know where the conversation needs to go. It turns documents into part of the sales process, not an afterthought.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A small downside is version management when multiple stakeholders get involved. It works, but you have to stay organised or things can feel cluttered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d recommend PandaDoc to peers who want cleaner, faster deal closure. Especially in industries with a lot of paperwork like shipping. Overall, it’s hard to imagine going back to PDFs and email attachments.
