The biggest differentiator for me is the user interface and ease of use.

Again, it's really easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whilst the favourable entry-level pricing is a positive, there are some steep climbs to higher tiers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the integrations available and whether they'll work with your existing software and the end-user's capabilities.
