Oracle should put AI and machine learning within reach without a lot of extra work or expertise on the customers' part to bring a higher level of automation to a set of tasks

This tool is used to manage and solve customer marketing objectives. It performs admirably and makes managing and controlling your marketing efforts simple. Oracle's support for this is likewise excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The function improves marketers' insights, allowing them to boost ROI by concentrating on website features that have the biggest effects on user experience. Oracle marketers may better understand Oracle experience, behavior, and traffic. Its layout and automation platform which is extremely useful from a marketing standpoint. Additionally, email is more effective for marketing communications with internal and external users. Layouts, email reports, and layouts are simple to create.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The marketing team would like certain features in this product. Thus we had to turn to some outside suppliers or consultants to create a unique solution. The price is high, but that is probably to be expected. Event-based trigger setup may not be as simple as with specific tools, and loading times may be faster.
