What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?
It provides many integrated employee events like adding absence, project management, skills, learnings etc..., where we can easily open any thing we need in Hcm cloud .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can easily update our skills by just going Hcm cloud in mobile or laptop and opening skills section which is so quicker.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its UI is so simpler sometimes it takes too much time to find the particular task in Hcm cloud as it contains many integrated things in it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's better for the organization who wants to maintain all the employee activities in one platform and majorly it is available in both system and mobile .

Sometimes the system feels a bit complex, and it takes time to learn and set up properly.
