What differentiates Oracle Exadata from other similar products?
Oracle Golden Gate makes minimal use of the resource. So there won't be a server hang. When the data synchronizes promptly after that, my customer will be relieved that different data is not occurring. Oracle Golden Gate allows for customization during replication; for instance, we can change the data as it is repeated to ensure that it is accurate and up to our standards when it reaches the target database.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you require real-time database replication from a local to a remote database, Oracle GoldenGate replication software is the best option, but it is expensive. Oracle Data Guard technology enables you to maintain a physical backup database replicated from the primary database. Recovery of the database is the last and simplest step. It has made real-time business intelligence and stream analytics available for greater business insights.
What do you dislike most about this product?
11g lacked transactions for active transactions. In terms of offering OGG courses, Oracle University needs to catch up. More SMEs need to have their OGG Support improved as a result. Sometimes the monitoring application lost the data, causing us to change or reload it. Since it typically calls for a primary database and command-line experience, this needs additional skill.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product set makes it possible for operational and analytical enterprise systems to integrate real-time data, make transactional changes, and collect, replicate, transform, and verify data. Oracle If you want to transport your data from numerous sources, GoldenGate is among your best options for data integration.
