What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Interface is awesome, Dashboard is great. Tracking results provided by the software is great. Wide support functionality. Stabilizes operation performance. Optimized solution for sales, PR and marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is very user friendly. Integration possibilities with oracle products are also available. It helps in automating tradeflows and it provides selling technique and service provision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there is inconsistency between UI and functionality. The dashboard performance is also slow at times. Sometimes system hangs while using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose this product to solve problems such as, product functionality, service expertise and performance. The breadth of services it provides is amazing for sales and marketing, Also if your organization uses other oracle softwares then you should go for this product.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Few features like customer data management, sales lifecycle tracking, vendor and quote management along with the reporting features it provides makes it a great product to use ahead of any other sales product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customised reporting options is my favorite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration with any other sales software is not very easy. Also, the development team needs to work on the UI of the product as it seems to be a bit outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a great product to be used for order processing, management and tracking.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Oracle CRM has a fantastic user interface. Tracking records and activities are displayed on the dashboard. It easily communicates with other sales applications. Everything is intended for CXS

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle has all of the solutions for your business, and my favourite of their products is Fusion Cloud. As previously stated, it is the best in terms of security and priority; it aids us in business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

During difficult times, I occasionally encountered support issues. When I needed immediate assistance, I received a slow response. Support is the company's public face, and it should be prioritized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle CRM has an excellent user interface. The dashboard displays tracking records and activities. It communicates easily with other sales applications. It's all designed for cxs.
