What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

It relies on advanced AI and machine learning to create useful insight and forecast data. By having these functions, sales reps can choose wisely, streamline their tactics and therefore increase the company’s revenue, making Oracle CX Sales stand out compared to its rivals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is quite beneficial that the system is user-friendly and gives options to customize the dashboard. It is simple for sales professionals to use the platform, access details regarding their work and customize what they view. The amount of personalization makes the platform more interesting to users and enables a faster working method, leading to better sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price plans could be a problem for smaller companies. Due to financial reasons, some organizations cannot use Oracle CX Sales. As a result, they could struggle to excel in today’s fast-changing marketplace.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in comprehensive training for your sales team. By supplying users with the resources they require, it will be much easier for them to take advantage of all features on the platform, boosting both sales and profits.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?

Unlike other vendors competing on prices, Oracle justifies premium costs with scability and enterprise reliability. Oracle also engage CEOs, CFOs rather than just IT and departmental buyers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that it is built for real business transformation not just software sales. It doesn't just sell tools, it sells outcomes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I guess Oracle assumes everyone has a huge IT team to manage implementations. So what will happen to the smaller teams because a team thar's less than 50 do not need Oracle's full-stack suite. This is one aspect I dislike in oracle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'll recommend that you go for Oracle if you're a global enterprise needing a single-vendor stack .
