What differentiates OpenMetal Hosted Private Cloud from other similar products?

Higher reliability, lower cost are the main features whcih brought us in the door. Personal attention and highly-technical support (a total 180 from Google or AWS) keep us going on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has to be the direct access on Slack to both the technical and the business team. OpenMetal is the only vendor we have who shares our core value of true white-glove service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deployment speed can become an issue when we are deploying one of our largest physical cluster configurations. But it's well within what I'd consider acceptable, and we've learned to plan better as a result.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
