What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?

I’m not a heavy user of onspring, but I feel like they really put the customer first. I’ve never worked with a tool from a vendor that interacts so much with it’s customers. Especially on the upskilling and training part.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting part is my favorite. I do wish it was more robust. Especially coming from a data and analytics and power bi background.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot stand the ui. It is so standardized. Everything is the same color. It becomes so monotonous sometimes I get lost in what I’m even reading or looking for. Just tons of text and boxes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It absolutely needs a ui rehaul into something more modern and useful.
