What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?
Onspring provides a robust solution at its chosen target audience that allows companies without in-house development teams to still aggregate data in a single software application that can act as a single source of truth. The digital paper trail, excellent support staff, evolving features, including new AI tools, flexible administrative options and tools, and integration with other third-party platforms, combine to make Onspring an excellent product for my current organization. Onspring has provided us with a cost- effective way to achieve our business goals and improve our risk management program and practices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the comprehensive admin training provided by Onspring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customizable nature of the platform inherently makes it as effective as the people on your team responsible for designing it. The most common negative feedback I receive as an admin is "too much clicking"
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend an appropriate amount of time designing your build and test things as you go to ensure a fluid user experience.

Onspring is easy to use and customizable for its specific needs.

I like how I am able to generate reports, approve workflows directly in the tool, and find stored data easily
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was an auto save feature as I have lost a lot of work to this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say that the tool can do a lot of different things as long as you know what you are looking to achieve.
