What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

The significant difference I noticed with One Span and other e signature tool is its workflow. I use it all the time for getting signatures from clients at my business location. It is very user friendly and makes it flawless for the documents signatures captures. It is easy to export the signed documents and letters and very easy to share those across as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow is great and very user friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once in a while I feel that it does not recognise the input of the text but overall I believe it is a great tool for digital signatures

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a shot , definitely better than other tools out there

What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

The biggest difference is in signature itself , I noticed many times it just does not grab the signature at all, even after trying multiple times, which is very easy with other tools such as DocuSign or adobe as well. It gets frustrating at times when it does not do what is the basic of this tool and it is annoying. It is user friendly though but it does fail at times in doing it's core job.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly as it is easy to understand the navigation

What do you dislike most about this product?

The signature not getting applied at times even after multiple tries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do well research before acquiring the tool. It needs lots of improvement
