Powerful with many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows expansion and customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Extremely complex and not too easy to customize. There are 10 hours time difference with support with makes communication very difficult. Very basic features like copy/paste are not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First consider if another product is good for you to get started.
