my Onelogin experience has been reliable.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates OneLogin Workforce Identity from other similar products?
Onelogin has continuously expanded its directory of supported software tools. At the moment, all critical software tools I use at work integrate with Onelogin. As a result, login to my critical day to day software like Dropbox, Slack etc is more secured and I do not need to constantly change the login credential I use to login to my work software stack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Onelogin supports different modes of accessing my favorite software tools . I can sign-in via biometrics login, tokens, push notifications and OTP ( one time passwords ). This array of login options affords me the opportunity to choose a preferred login approach that works best for me, while making my sign-in experience to critical software I use at work, lot more secured .
What do you dislike most about this product?
Onelogin doesn't check the strength of passwords I use to login. This is a security loophole because passwords with weak strength , raises the chance of unauthorized logins to software I use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At this point in time, Onelogin is my most preferred workforce identity platform.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Security Protects

What differentiates OneLogin Workforce Identity from other similar products?
Onelogin is very secured from my experience but most importantly, it is intuitive to use. Its integration with all of the most important applications I utilize in the course of daily work for various purposes means less hassle for me when signing-into work applications from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Onelogins MFA ( Multi factor authentication ) verification provides me with flexible authentication options through which I can access my work applications. Some of the authentication options I have access to through Onelogins MFA include one time password (otp) option, voice call authentications option , sms authentication option , Web authentication option for login through biometrics and I have the option of using Onelogin with third party authentication apps like Google authenticator as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrates flawlessly with the major applications I utilize at work. Although, I do on occasions experience minor lags while trying to initiate sign-in actions and at other times, I have experienced delays in browser push notifications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensuring only verified parties have access to sensitive company apps and data is important in todays cyber environment. Onelogin is the plaform I have had the best experience with, as it concerns workplace identity.

- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
