What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Prior to using OnBoard, each document had to be scanned and a board book created as a pdf or all documents had to be copied and put in a board binder. It was a labor intensive and tedious task! OnBoard has made my life so much easier getting ready for board meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use, the ease of changing documents, ability for our trustees to gain access to documents
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love OnBoard
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OnBoard has training sessions for your board members; it is easy to use and easy access on any device including phones.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
I think OnBoard's staff is superior to others, they walk you through everything and even contact you with new features. They'll schedule training for you, your board and staff for as long as it takes to get you all settled!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Minutes produced after the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The document approvals are clunky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you can afford the price increases....
