Seamless collaboration, easy access, approval and e-signature features are my favorites, as well as its ability to integrate with other software like Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Make Onboard invaluable for tracking database growth and performance trends in our organization. The flexible dashboards provide visibility that we didn't have before into storage KPIs and query patterns. Our team uses visual tools for operational reporting, identifying changes in resource consumption early. This allows us to proactively tune databases and validate capacity strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Building fully customized dashboards requires more upfront effort compared to out-of-box third-party database tools, but it gives us complete control over displayed metrics. The time investment pays future dividends.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Onboard provides a framework for tracking database usage trends. Its dashboards offer insights for capacity planning to optimize infrastructure and workloads. A custom design may be necessary.
