What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?

In my organisation we have to deal with lots of documents sharing and it was very time consuming for us. We are looking for a product which provides us a centralise place for our board documents so that every one can access those documents easily. OnBoard provides us a common place where we can put all of our board documents to access for all staff and board members. After using OnBoard we realised that it is saving lots of time for us and increased our productivity. Onboard helps in creating agendas for meeting quickly rather than spending hours. I must say Onboard make process much smoother and easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Onboard provides many unique features like Minute Builder which helps us to quickly build up agenda from document or by duplicating any meeting to keep things carried over. Another feature I really loves is voting system in Onboard which is very helpful and user friendly, you can easily make changes on the fly. Even you can vote from cross platform devices like tablet or mobile. Our board members loves the way app is user friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like in Onboard is errors messages I get in Minute Builder. Sometimes it gives me error messages and keeps kicking me out from screens.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I want to suggest if you or your organisation is struggling or spending lots of time in managing documents for staff and Board members then go for Onboard to make you work life easier and smooth. It will give you centralise place for board documents so that every one can access those documents easily.

OnBoard has great features that contain all tools required for effective organization and management of meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to connect with our team members from remote areas and plan on how we can improve service delivery to our customers. Connection with customers and guiding them on how to use a particular product is easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge from our organization that can interfere with our daily performance.

I recommend this platform to any business enterprise for effective organization of meetings and excellent team collaboration.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?

OnBoard gives some additional features respect to its similar products which makes it much better like offline mode, multi device support (phone, laptop, tablet), cost effective, quick support. There are many other features which makes you to choose OnBoard over other products. OnBoard makes it easy to upload documents easily, keeps everything connected to meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that OnBoard's clear and basic plan makes it simple to use for staff and volunteers. Locally available offers a scope of helpful highlights, like overviews, assignments, online endorsements, and informing past the core gatherings capacities. I like that Passageways is constantly adding highlights and redesigning its contributions dependent on client criticism. No product or framework is awesome, and necessities will change after some time, so I like accomplices that will endeavour to adjust and change with them. Additionally, their staff is agreeable and responsive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, I don't have any dislikes in this product. The only thing I want to mention is limitations of the Zoom feature.

If someone is considering this product, I will suggest to try OnBoard demo first. OnBoard strong features have capabilities to sell itself. So, just go and take trial you will not regret.
