Full windows client a bit outdated (but a much nicer web client is available!).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the standard solution and experience Omnitracker for a few months before starting customizing. Don't put effort in the windows client; the web client is the future.

The newly BPMN module witch allows you to create visual processes and automate them step by step.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because you can customize like everything your own, you sometimes creates something not the best way possible. Therefore, always make good analysis and think out of the box of what you want to create.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asks for demo's also about features that you think you may not need. Ask them to show you how easy it is to make adoptions yourself.
