What differentiates Okta Identity Cloud from other similar products?
Okta's adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) ensures robust authentication across various applications and extends support to a wide range of third-party MFA factors, such as U2F, YubiKey, Smart Cards, and Google Authenticator.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SSO, Okta's Single Sign-On enables users to access apps and resources without the need to remember multiple passwords or log in to various accounts. Enhancing productivity, Okta streamlines application access, making it quicker and more efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Configuring individual apps can be cumbersome and lacks simplicity. Support was only available through payment. The cost associated with Single Sign-On (SSO) is relatively high. Okta Verify does not facilitate multiple users accessing a single account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SSO To enable your users to sign in to other applications without the need to remember distinct sets of credentials for each application or service.
