To get the most out of the platform and resolve any issues that may arise, they provide best practices, resources, and training, which sets it apart from other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to combine the Nintex Platform with a wide range of business applications and systems, making it possible to maximize the value of the platform by effectively synchronizing and connecting data across multiple platforms and environments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found that some updates introduced changes that affected my current workflow or I had issues with managing updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By standardizing processes, defining responsibilities and establishing clear and effective workflows, you promote greater transparency and efficiency in communication within the organization, which I highly recommend.

Upto a limit Intex is great but it is not integrated with all Microsoft tools

What differentiates Nintex from other similar products?

At the outset, the SharePoint integration offered the greatest capabilities, enabling any user to deploy their own workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The forms designer offers a seamless integration with the workflow product, and now offers integration with a number of different tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transition between on-premises and cloud workflows presented some complexities. In practice, it was necessary to rebuild all entries, workflows and forms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is ideal for teams with limited technical expertise and a flexible, platform-agnostic approach.
