Dropsuite helps in backing up the office 365 data into cloud thus creating a redundant database which can be retrieved in case the primary one is corrupted or lost
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The initial implementation is easy and the scheduling feature automatically backups the data based on the pattern defined which can be set according to time or based on the size of the data
What do you dislike most about this product?
The documentation isn't updated properly after major upgrades leaving users confused
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropsuite is a very reliable tool with an automated one click feature for both backups and restores saving lots of time and also keeps the data secure

Unlimited storage for one price is a great feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any complains so far.

This is the only product we have found that backs up sharepoint, teams, one drive in addition to email.
