What differentiates NinjaOne SaaS Backup from other similar products?
For many years, the Dropsuite email backup system has been an important part of the infrastructure. It is the market leader since it complies with all criteria. The features included in its box are all strong enough to meet our needs for rapidly and simply backing up our important programs or files to local storage or to our private cloud.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are completely shielded from on-path attacks and risks when we employ this technology, which allows us to work more effectively. The system is incredibly simple to use, secure, and readily put into practice. It only requires a few clicks to wrap up the backup and restoration procedure. I truly value how easy it is to use when backing up old emails because it doesn't require much time and resources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dark thoughts about this system because it allows me to sleep well knowing that it does several daily backups and that a daily email report has been generated. With this, we may be sure that should we truly need to retrieve our email, the backup is available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since I switched to Dropsuite, I felt much more at ease than when I was utilizing an alternate choice, which was excessively slow and cumbersome. With Dropsuite it is possible to swiftly and nimbly restore and backup specific application data as well as backup to your private cloud.

Allows only 4 non-licensed users in your Microsoft tenant.

Dropsuite Email Backup is the best email backup software for users with Microsoft365 accounts

It is quick and easy to set up all the essentials. Great integration with 0365.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy restoration of backup files although the large ones take time. Has the capability to back up our entire Microsoft 365 stack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Backups are limited to M365. Also the notifications have little granularity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With their easy onboarding and swift M365 integrations, you'll find DropSuite email back up worth every dime.
