What differentiates NinjaOne SaaS Backup from other similar products?
With a few clicks, DropSuite made the restore quite easy. In the two years that we have had this product in place, it has greatly facilitated our work as administrators and allowed us to fix problems much more quickly than we could have without DropSuite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The team has done a fantastic job of assisting partner sales, doing onboarding, and helping us with our customers when there have been problems with the product because of a big backup database. The aspect that appeals to me the most is the possibility to adopt email archiving without having to upload a sizable number of old emails, making it simple and affordable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although there was some little uncertainty over the restoration options and techniques that were available due to the lack of communication and information prior to the updates, customer service, and support were once again very quick to address our needs. If I could make any suggestions, I'd say that improved end-user communication is needed before any changes are implemented.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research and make comparisons with others in the sector. By far, Dropsuite is the one that offers the best value for your money, in my opinion. It helped us feel less stressed and made our work go quickly and easily.

This is not a great deal of competition in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It runs the backup when I am asleep. I do not have to wake up and make the backup run.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost, and frequency of payment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have no backup, use this product.
