The intuitive interface simplifies the backup process, while the granular restore feature ensures that users can recover exactly what they need—whether it's a single email or an entire mailbox—without unnecessary complexity.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the product it is easy to use and does what is expected of it. We have had no issues/concerns it just works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that you are utilising all licenses and take the time to implement it try to get a good use of the features.
