What differentiates NinjaOne SaaS Backup from other similar products?

Ease of integration, super easy to utilize Makes things easy for the team to recover things from SharePoint/OneDrive and Exchange Online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use is the main reason we transitioned away from using Veeam for Office 365

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training materials are mostly lackluster. Backup reporting is slightly non-existant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re looking for something that a Level 1 technician can use to quickly restore items, this is it.
