What differentiates NinjaOne SaaS Backup from other similar products?
What sets NinjaOne SaaS Backup apart for me is how easy it is to deploy and manage. The interface is clean, backups run automatically without much intervention, and restoring individual emails or files is quick and straightforward. I also like that everything is managed from a single console, which reduces the time spent switching between different tools. Overall, it has been reliable, easy for our team to work with, and has simplified our day-to-day backup administration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how easy it is to manage. The setup was simple, backups run automatically, and restoring individual emails or files takes only a few clicks. It saves time, requires very little maintenance, and having everything available from one dashboard makes daily administration much more convenient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall, I haven’t had any major issues, but I would like to see more detailed reporting and support for additional SaaS applications. Pricing could also be a little more transparent, especially when planning for future growth.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying the product with a pilot deployment first to see how it fits your environment.
