What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?

Nextiva have numerous advanced featured such as call management, IM, integration with other tools, could be used along with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Campaign management and live analytics differentiate it from other tools.

Some of the favorite aspects includes 1. Friendly user interface 2. Adaptability 3. Reliable 4. Easily integration 5. Quick sync and responding on large data sets 6. Support all OS

There are not much negative aspects but sometimes faced these issues 1. Startup delay 2. Data inaccuracy 3. Calling Issues 4. Updating issues

There may be better simple business phone systems out there for you if you aren't running a call center. This product does require in depth training to operate without support.

Well, to be honest Nextiva really makes our business performance improvements to the next level through advanced features, easy integration with other software, regular updates, user friendly and customizable user interface. The biggest advantage is, its very cost effective as compared to other similar tools, we are working as mid-level organization, and it fulfill all of our daily needs.

User interface Customization as per the requirements Regular product updates to get rid of minor bugs Integration with Microsoft 365, and Google Drive Cloud based improved performance

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of Security features Support team not knowledgeable as per the product specification Hanging Issues Sometimes faced startup delay

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are from a mid level to large organization, this tool is for you, as you can easily afford the cost, for small businesses, it may cost you higher, but in both cased the product is really good having all the advanced level features, and highly recommended.
