What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?
This is a communications tool that, unlike others, is usually easy to implement and is quite efficient in small organizations, it does not limit and allows real-time chats and collaborations between several users completely live, it even allows mobile surveys, something that Some organizations represent more interaction options both with clients and with team members
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most is that it is possible on its platform to make reports on calls, allowing more efficient strategic plans to be made thanks also to its survey systems, it also has employee directories to facilitate communications, calendar management and management of comments that is necessary in this type of systems, without a doubt the tool offers much more functions that may be required by professionals
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool works well, its functions usually help make interactions with clients and partners more direct and satisfactory.

Recommended when cloud communication systems are required to manage communication processes safely

What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?
I appreciate how effectively it functions after initial configuration. What you want from a phone system is minimal trouble on a daily basis, and I have found that to be the case. A number of my colleagues are having constant problems with the local hosted phone systems they are utilizing. Simply put, I have never experienced such problems with Nextiva.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Improved support for devices not manufactured by Nextiva is one sign of this. The newly released Nextiva ONE app is, in my opinion, a positive move in the right direction; nevertheless, it does require further refinement. However, Nextiva is vastly superior to our previous on-premises solution. This improves my technicians' ability to talk to our customers no matter where they are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The rapid expansion of their onboarding team has left me concerned that agents aren't receiving the proper training. In some cases, I have to act as a guide to help them along. Their L1 support also requires more education and instruction. When I need to get something done quickly, I often switch to L2, which is great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We seem to be having an issue with call routing somewhere in our many different call flows. Profitability for our business depends on restoring proper call flows. Our fast reaction time to consumer requests is appreciated by many.

What differentiates Nextiva Voice from other similar products?
Nextiva is not just a communication platform. It is a platform which makes communication between team members easier, but it also facilitates better communication with our customers and sales prospects , together with real time business intelligence. Leading to effective workflows and even a bit of automation , in terms of customer interaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call pop up of course. This Nextiva feature provides our customer service and marketing teams with an edge, when we interact with customers and prospects. Having access to the past interaction between my team and a potential customer, makes it easier for us to engage when they return. When we communicate with a returning customer through Nextiva, it is almost like we know everything about them , and this contributes to potentially better relationships with most returning customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are at this moment , struggling to integrate Nextiva with the top software products we are using in the workplace. For example, while Nextiva has an effective inbuilt customer relationship management tool , we will still like to be able to integrate data generated through Nextiva with our own CRM platform of choice. Something, that is currently not possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For me, Nextiva is more than a standard video communication platform. Rather , it is a productivity platform that has allowed my team improve collaboration, automate processes and translate our day to day interaction into productivity.
