What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
I have not used similr CRM product in the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has unified system that brings all our customers and suppliers under the same platform. We can directly order commodities from our suppliers from the interface of this application. Our customer service team gets an opportunity to interact freely with our clients and agree on various business deals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This system has all the features and I have had a wonderful experience while working with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our business has grown and achieved a lot from improved sales and marketing strategies enhanced by NetSuite CRM. I totally recommend it to other business enterprises which experience any customer relations challenges.
