What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
It is an excellent CRM that helps us in many facets in our organization, mainly it allows us to manage and at the same time keep informed about our potential clients, our prospects and our fixed clients. We also use it to observe the contacts and have quick access to billing information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows you to have the contact information always at hand and ready for any eventuality. It also has very effective search capabilities, as long as you have taken the time to learn to use them correctly. Netsuit is quite intuitive and this makes learning to use it very time consuming.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its integration is undoubtedly its biggest weak point since it does not allow many third-party software providers to integrate in a good way. a point before you gods that there is no way to keep the session started and therefore every so often the session closes automatically.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform came to meet our organizational problems within our marketing and sales department, thanks to it we have much faster and more accurate access to information, thus generating greater productivity thanks to higher performance. The truth is, I like the software, I have used it and I continue to use it, however, it has many things to improve, although new updates continue to come out, I believe that there are products on the market with equal or better performance, but due to existing relationships I continue to stay this.

NetSuite CRM is a multi-tasking solution for digital sales and customer management. Again, NetSuite CRM increases the speed of customer satisfaction by providing quality service. The storage capacity of NetSuite CRM for clients contact is something fascinating.
What do you dislike most about this product?
NetSuite CRM is an excellent resource for customer management. The application gives instant communication and marketing strategies to organizations, which foster sales.. However, the subscription rates are quite high and require more sacrifice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
NetSuite CRM will highly help in bringing your customers close.. Again, it acts as a platform to communicate and discuss issues with clients. And in the end, high sales are attained
