NetSuite CRM is very powerful product for managing sales in our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables us to customize our sales pipeline, customers contacts and all sales related processes. It manages time and tracks progress of tasks in our organization improving production.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The overall performance has been awesome in the entire organization.

Customization and time management of sales processes can be effectively managed by NetSuite CRM.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
NetSuite CRM is very similar to the other CRM products, however I have found it much more difficult to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It does work well as a tool to keep everything in one centralized place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training for NetSuite seems to take a lot more time than others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to set up the CRM in a way that makes sense to you as it can be difficult to find what you are looking for.
