What differentiates NetSuite Cloud Accounting Software from other similar products?

NetSuite is an extremely flexible ERP that excels above competitor software due to its ease of API integrations, and endless customization options. While the customization may not always be simple to implement, NetSuite can be shaped and molded to nearly any unique business needs - especially those who are scaling significantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you don't like the way something works in your ERP, NetSuite can be customized and reshaped to fit the desires. From ease of user/role maintenance to custom reporting & data feeds between systems, NetSuite is a winner. I have used a wide suite of ERPs over the years, but I have found Netsuite to be the one that best fits the widest variety of functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

NetSuite is not the easiest platform to learn, and many of the "under the hood" functions & customization take training to understand. It may not be the most intuitive platform initially, but once one can "speak the NetSuite language", so to speak, it becomes second nature. I have personally witnessed several companies implement NetSuite incorrectly or sub-optimally due to not taking enough time to learn or rushing the implementation. These decisions are key to future success without having to rework the setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your accounting, finance, and business orgs are scaling up and need solutions that are a bit more custom or targeted, NetSuite may be a good choice. For business who can function perfectly with an "out-of-the-box" tools such as Quickbooks, it may not provide the value. For companies looking to integrate their other platforms (Salesforce, Payroll, JIRA, Tableau, etc.) with their ERP, NetSuite excels in this regard. The API functionality is quite robust, and many pre-built connecters are available to essentially plug and play.

What differentiates NetSuite Cloud Accounting Software from other similar products?

Executing account roll-ups in real-time and consolidating financial information from different geographical regions. One click approval of large quantities of sales at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The payment management module that control payments and the ability to accept electronic payments and several types of credit and debit cards

What do you dislike most about this product?

A steep learning curve is associated with this tool because of its technicality

This tool automates front and back-end processes of an organization providing every individual a complete view of key reports and performance indicators for their role. It provides accurate data related to company's financial performance that is used to make data-driven decisions
