What differentiates Navan from other similar products?
I've only used one similar product in the past -- I like that this product offers purchasing cards and a chat with a live agent feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely the chat feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The group travel feature. Many times the attendees for a trip are coming from all over the U.S. When I create a trip to send them the link - it's not user friendly when entering the meeting dates, travel dates, arrive by and depart after dates. Very confusing and overlap. Also, I wish there was a better report available to track booked flights and information rather than the excel download.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it for at least months....I'm sure you're going to love it.

Look at all vendors but Navan seems to have a leg up for ease of use and flexibility for the cost.
