The options for hotels is more and the innovation in booking is good. Also I feel overall the costs are lower than other vendors

I like the choice and customization of options

The usage in phone is a bit problematic and the help is a bit slow

What differentiates myBiz from other similar products?
The employee has the ability to submit a travel request, which he can then approve. Free date modifications and transparent fares. It is a business solution. I include people whose bookings allow them to deduct taxes and bills.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was easy to book, and the prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed the experience and how convenient it was. Quick and easy to use. The accounts team loves the simple interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even the business mobile application's interface is not up to par, so we always need to use a desktop. Please launch additional applications or portals for business travelers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better convenience, quicker booking options, and fares that can be refunded uncomplicatedely, round-the-clock service. Excellent user experience and simple booking process. I received my refund specifically for cancellation within a few hours of the app's process, with no calls, emails, or follow-up required.
