Great product to show appreciation to team members

What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

I have not used another appriciation software, but this is a good product and I like that there are incentives for me to give out "bucks" to my colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that when you give all your bucks away, you get another buck just for completing that month. I like that my "bank" is safe, and every month I have replenished funds to give to others. Great product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very good at branching into coaching and reservice rooms for 1:1's. It glitches and does not save meetings so we usually double book the 1:1 to make sure we have a room reserved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for appreciation, don't expect much else.

What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

It's different from other systems since it's simple to highlight the contributions of individual team members and share that information with the rest of the organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to publicly recognize the contributions of my coworkers. To demonstrate your appreciation and to highlight their everyday contributions to the team in front of their supervisors and colleagues, I believe that public acknowledgement is essential.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one thing that bothers me (which isn't really that big of a concern) is that I want to know how the leaderboard works, specifically how a person's score is determined. This is the only thing that bothers me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since the interface and functionality of this software are so similar to those of other social networking apps, I feel confident in recommending it. It's simple to create new threads and respond to existing ones with this interface. One of the best ways to show appreciation for others' efforts is to offer financial incentives. It's convenient that monetary gifts may be attached to comments with only a few clicks.
