How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?
Bravo was a similar system at my old job. It didn't have the social interactions, metrics, highlights. But it did have higher reward values, however the manager needed to approve every one, sometimes managers devalued recognitions. Nice to just throw a little money at your coworkers without approval though. Bravo offers physical items but were severely overvalued. Gift cards were the best value. And glad motivosity does this!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Freedom to give money w/o any management approvals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little more money to throw out would be nice. But doesn't need to increase by much. 10 dollars a month vs 5? Maybe this is a company thing vs vendor thing. I don't know.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Imagine facebook for the workplace when you consider this product.
