What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
To identify who is in charge of each point, you can assign responsibilities to specific people. It is simple to use and makes keeping track of things so much easier. similar to how each work and complicated project are managed through automation and transparency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For a project with many moving pieces, it helps to keep track of the priorities and changes for each item. While various team members concentrate on various aspects of a single assignment, they are all able to make any necessary adjustments since they have access to the most recent version of that work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data that is imported from Excel needs to be cleaned up. The data is useless if someone on your team does not use it. The fact that each board is a "workspace" with equal value bothers me. To construct a project plan for each different team, you should ideally be able to divide a project's workspace into subteams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The nicest aspect of Monday is its simplicity. Setting up different formats and color-coding them is simple. Drag and dropping make it simple to create the desired format or order.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com comes with multiple project views. This include Kanban, timeline views, calendar views and my favorite - Gantt view. Having multiple project views on a project management system , enables fast and big-picture view of real time project updates and data from a glance, all from one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A major reason why every team , including my team deploys a project management program is to allow the automation of repetitive tasks , which then leads to more time saved for the team , and surely faster project completion time . Monday.com allows us customize the automation tools provided on the platform, enabling us to set up a sequence of automations which automatically moves task from one stage to another and assigns the next available team member to attend to them ,without necessarily waiting for an human input.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Task dependencies on Monday. com is way too limited for my liking. I am not provided with multiple options when setting dependencies, leaving me to set dependencies only with dates and this makes dependencies a lot less functional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com provides unique reporting and integration options for project management. It is a platform that i recommend for professionals who love multiple views when managing projects.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com came to help us sort out our workflows and make sure no important steps were being skipped. We were able to double productivity while while improving worker satisfaction thanks to our boards, which were made possible by the integration of forms and extensive automation options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is an excellent platform for customer relationship management. Through this review, I've also argued that it's useful for HR and admin work, but that its true value lies in its CRM features. I could list several scenarios in which Monday would be useless, but those scenarios do not reflect the intended usage of monday.com. In conclusion, I believe this to be an excellent customer relationship management system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In terms of functionality, problems and brief periods of system downtime are still rather common. If the columns on a connected board have already been established, you may run into problems, as I did when trying to switch to a two-way connection. Still, not all features can be used in conjunction with mirrored columns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The success of monday.com has had far-reaching implications for our company. Very rarely does Monday.com feel limiting, and even less often does it feel annoying; as software goes, that's really impressive. I'd like to point out that monday.com could do a better job of informing its users of planned system outages.
