SurveyMonkey has a very forgiving learning curve for building surveys, makes distribution of surveys extremely easy, and the option to pay for respondents that fit your demographic needs were key for our clients seeking product feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SurveyMonkey's Question Builder saves a lot of time with its library/template of possible question formats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of customization on the overall look/feel of surveys to fit brand look/feel.

Compare it to Qualtrics, Google Forms, or Typeform before deciding to purchase.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?

Because it ranges from simple questions to large complex configuration options, you may collect and evaluate surveys for a wide range of purposes, whether internal, external, or at scale. The user interface and design of the service are typically straightforward to understand, and the aggregation function, as well as the service's analysis and design, are well-designed. The aggregation function is well-thought-out, and analysis and feedback are simple to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

An online survey system is a useful tool that may be used in a range of business situations. If you try to execute the function on your own, you will have to create the infrastructure equipment in accordance with the questionnaire's purpose and pay strict attention to security, which will put a major burden on the system's staff. In this case, SurveyMonkey may be used as a cloud service, allowing you to focus on the most crucial survey material. It also has an analysis option, allowing you to quickly use the survey questions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is believed that proper questionnaires can be completed with easy methods if it is an external questionnaire, however, I think there is a bit of a lack of features when it is used within the company. For example, in a company of a certain size or larger, it is often difficult for the person in charge of the questionnaire to capture the application and non-application of all employees and promote those who have not applied.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A simple questionnaire might help you collect ideas from both inside and outside the company. It is straightforward to summarize and analyze aggregated findings. If you've never done a survey before, it might be tough to know what questions to ask. I can't think of anything else but the question I really wanted to ask, and the question item has a narrow range of views. SurveyMonkey provides a variety of expert-created templates in this respect, and the question text is really handy. It is now possible to create a questionnaire with no missing elements.
