SurveyMonkey manages to be incredibly user-friendly without sacrificing the depth and flexibility

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whether you're running a customer satisfaction survey or employee feedback, you can pull from the bank and get up and running in no time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data analysis tools, while solid, feel a bit basic for more in-depth statistical analysis

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it, but take caution on expecting too much from its built-in analytics.
