What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Quality of analytics and reporting for surveys is unmatched in my opinion. As a team, we have leveraged Surveymonkey's integration with our existing data visualization toolset to gain more context and insights around our survey data. Being able to achieve the aforementioned, is testament to Surveymonkey's quality integration with third party apps, we use at work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag and drop survey builder which makes it fast to build surveys. I should mention Surveymonkey's template library as well. The quantity and quality of templates in this library has prevented us from needing to build our survey templates from scratch, most of the time. We simply choose from the library and customise slightly to fit our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited survey channel distribution options, especially for offline survey sharing. Branching and skip logic options are not intuitive enough for me and can be a lot better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For those who can do without offline distribution of surveys, they should look no further than Surveymonkey.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
It was very easy to use, it was simple and straightforward. It allowed you to share and field different iterations of a survey on a number of different devices easily. Had online and offline modes. The survey flow and builders were easy to use. However the software did not allow more complex forms of analytics/ survey design for sequential monadic design.

It was easy to use

It did not allow use to analyze more complex data sets or have survey designs that were more complex in nature
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great starter software to begin creating surveys. It will cover 90% of what you need.
