What differentiates Modern Requirements4DevOps from other similar products?
Other tools I managed projects with only tracked tasks and deadlines. Modern Requirements4DevOps adds E-Signatures, Baselines and traceability inside Azure DevOps, so approvals, scope and delivery all sit in one place I already use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a IT project manager, I was genuinely impressed by Modern Requirements4DevOps's SmartReports and status analytics. I can see requirement progress, linked test results and open changes without chasing my team for updates before every steering meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up the Reviews workflow and approval roles took some planning on my side. A few of the default SmartReports layouts also needed tweaking before they suited our stakeholders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Define your review and approval roles before rollout and create a Baseline at every major milestone. Use SmartReports from week one so leadership gets consistent updates without extra manual effort from you.

What differentiates Modern Requirements4DevOps from other similar products?
Other tools I have used were just shared docs or spreadsheets with no change history. Modern Requirements4DevOps links requirements to work items and shows traceability, which made me feel part of the project, not just a task runner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a data annotator, I was impressed by how clearly Modern Requirements4DevOps's SmartDocs lays out annotation guidelines as requirements. Everything I need is in one place, so I stopped chasing people for the latest version.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Reviews module felt a bit heavy for my small role at first. I only needed to comment and approve, and finding the right view took me a few tries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you work in annotation or data quality, start with SmartDocs and Compare Baselines to stay on top of guideline updates. Ask your lead to share a simple view so you only see what matters for your role.
