I think it gets a bit tricky for a new user as the learning curve can be a bit steep, but once they have been explored it becomes very easy to use.

You need to make sure you have the time and resources to learn how to use it well, I really like how much can be accomplished with the tool and the fact that customer service and community are available to help with clear solutions to any question that we may have, I recommend that you use this great tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite tool is the information page, where we can analyze user activity in our application, I also like the ability to segment users who made conversions through its funnel, I also enjoy the capabilities to create panels and share them with My team also allows you to create custom dashboards to monitor your accounts, I also love creating dashboards that combine several reports into one to see a bigger picture of the data, I also appreciate the ease with which you can make quick charts of information without having to write SQL queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I would like to see improved is the delay that technical support usually has in solving a problem, sometimes it can be frustrating.
