Easy to use and implement. You have have things up and running in a matter of minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not that innovative anymore. Been using it for well over 5 years and other systems are innovating at a much higher speed in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it out and do a trail, it's very easy to set up.
