What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We had fantastic marketing and sales teams, but as we expanded, we discovered that it was a little challenging to integrate these two roles and support our fast expanding sales department with limited marketing resources. Mindmatrix intervened in this situation and improved the synchronization of sales and marketing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is far more challenging to build up the platform's backend so that people can use it. It took some time to figure out how to build everything (adding coding to allow for cobranding, setting up drip campaigns so people can utilize it, and adjusting permissions for various user groups). The backend interface was considerably messier and less organized, and we had to experiment a lot to get a lot of the things we set up to function.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because it is simple to use, has excellent customer support, has extremely powerful features, and is suitable for channel marketing.

Both the tracking and the material are satisfactory. Megan, my consultant, is invaluable in helping me fill my schedule and finalize my campaign creation before sending it to production.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Powerful material and easy-to-implement email drips. We assign a lead score based on how seriously they are considering using our services. Essential information is being made available. Because of this, I have more time on my hands than I would if I were actively engaged in the creative process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though the email builder is quite complicated, we can still get emails made by contacting support. My recommendation is that you be able to import templates from Leadpages or Envato. To complete my set, this is the last thing I need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The quality of their assistance is their strongest suit. As opposed to other service providers, I have never had to wait more than a day to get a problem resolved, and I have never had to wait more than a day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Leads can take a little time to develop, but that is to be expected. If the person you're working with doesn't keep up with the campaigns, your rating declines and you risk losing high-interest leads. To become familiar with the user interface, one has to use it frequently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The only tool you can rely on if some of your team members aren't tech aware is Mindmatrix since it makes everything simple for everyone.
