What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mimecast Cloud Archive is very user-friendly and enables our employees to manage junk mail directly in Outlook or even on the move with Mimecast's mobile app. Mimecast met our need of ensuring all our data and messages are always easily accessible and secure. It is ahead of its competitors with its continuity and disaster recovery front.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, there is nothing i dislike about Mimecast. It is an easy-to-use program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are obsessed with better end-user productivity and security and Mimecast delivered. We can sleep better knowing Mimecast is doing all the work for us. The Intuitive user experience has led to broader adoption within our organization and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or others to try it out.

At first we did not warn you about this product but we thought it was quite good and we decided to change some of them, they did not see it with good eyes, however, after a short time after using it, they all adapted to it thanks to its ease of use. In quite good tool and above all it gives you confidence and security of a backup of your information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a product with quite good qualities since an interface on its website that is quite intuitive and allows you to execute and access email functions in a practical way, it also allows integration with pre-existing unique checker systems to facilitate migrations and enforce the requirements. different mail retention policies on the preferred local exchange server.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product generally crashes with the search period when initializing it with the Outlook add-in is a minor flaw but tends to be a bit cumbersome. It would be good if the web interface had a tool to send a message without leaving it, and it would also be good to improve the search option in the administration panel a bit to make them more intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a product that allows, thanks to its tools, a good performance in any organization, for example, you can establish automatic data retention policies for when it is necessary to put compliance purposes of any kind, it also reduces the need to stop several servers at the same time for data storage of Old provenance is really simple to use and can be the cornerstone of any organization.

It offers speed in search when archiving emails that take seconds. It removes email downtime and routes emails to other apps like Outlook so that users can continue to send and receive emails. It also prevents viruses and malware attacks before they reach your network and protects against phishing, DDoS, email, and web-based security threats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is costly to move the archive to a different platform. Exporting emails in bulk requires the help of the support team.

Mimecast is an easy to use archiving service that integrates with third-party application and supports any kind of business in need of these services.
