Very thorough social media but for companies.

The main feed works just as fine as in Facebook.

Takes long time to start up on a computer.

As part of Microsoft Office suite, this is exceptionally secure and safe social media for enterprises.

What differentiates Microsoft Viva Engage from other similar products?
Microsoft Yammer is a social network that works in real time better than many other social networks. I consider that it is a platform capable of updating the information shared instantly, this has allowed us, as users, to enjoy an excellent interaction when sharing all kinds of publications or making comments that can give us direct communication with our colleagues from the company. Microsoft Yammer updates all shared data in seconds, which is why it differs from other business social networks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of my favorite aspects in relation to Microsoft Yammer is that this platform has been able to design an App for mobile devices that is extremely perfect and up to date, which has allowed us to keep in touch as a company, has allowed us to view and respond to all kinds of publications without the need for a computer. Microsoft Yammer for mobile phones is an App that is too complete and that has allowed us to have an interaction 24 hours a day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things I don't like at all about Microsoft Yammer is the "search" system. This platform offers a search bar where any word you type will be found, and it will show results that appear in the social networks of the specific company, however, I don't like it because it does not show all the results, it only shows the results that the platform believes are more salient for the user, omitting results that may be useful to us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the limited operation that the Microsoft Yammer search bar has, I still consider it an excellent platform to maintain open communication within a company, because it has a very simple operation to create all kinds of publications, add group discussions , create simple selection questionnaires and also allows you to make all kinds of comments to any colleague in the company.
