What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?

Ease of integration with other Microsoft products. Power Automate was used for its compatibility out of the box with Dynamics 365 and Sharepoint. I’ve also used it for smaller tasks where the out of the box support for interacting with Microsoft Office has been very useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Microsoft ecosystem. Every place I’ve worked at has used Microsoft products and it’s nice to know Powerautomate will have support for those.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On the desktop version, Excel functions are locked behind a paywall. There also seems to be a lack of feature parity between the desktop and web versions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d highly recommend learning how to use it for everyone. It’s been incredibly useful for multiple different jobs. You can download the desktop version for free to try it out.

The integration possibilities of Power Automate are extensive, thanks to its built-in templates and community support. This feature enables users to establish efficient workflows without starting from scratch, ultimately saving time and enhancing productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost, complexity for advanced use cases

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, Microsoft Power Automate excels in making automation user-friendly and accessible to users with diverse skill sets.
