What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving from other similar products?

This exchange online archive built by Microsoft no other plugins needed in outlook. Microsoft does not provide technical support to third part software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its auto expanding online mailbox storage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exchange online archive needed expensive licenses like e3 and e5 and not coming with e1 and f3 licenses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if handling issues with mailbox size limit, then you can enable this online archive.

I have never used any other product than Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving. Therefore, I do not know how other products work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Enabling, setting up the MRM policy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It serves well so there is nothing to dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any company who wants to buy such product has to analyse first why do they need such kind of product. It should serve their purpose. Their infrastructure environment also matters
