-I give points to its ability to mold, due to its dynamism at any level of complexity. -Setup is not tedious -Easily integrated with legacy applications Better security system; it is role-based and simple to configure. -Features such as Activity Management and the Dashboard drive our capability, simplifying key decision making.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast Track team from Microsoft, the support they offer after sales has been very helpful. I like having order by being able to gather customers in one place, sending mass notifications, a complete overview, and a good perspective of projects in the portfolio makes taking more accurate and safe directions. This CRM product from Microsoft has definitely raised the potential and will surely be a tool included for the future planning of our goals. Among other benefits it saves me time and also headaches with so many spreadsheets every day, there is less confusion and information is not lost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The internal dashboards take a long time to load, this is an aspect that bothers me sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it to keep track and follow up on reports and leads. Another personal recommendation is to get the most out of this product in conjunction with an ERP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has streamlined our marketing and sales channels effectively. Our customer service team has gained a lot since we can now serve our customers easily. Planning and getting insights has given our team members secure working environment that enables us to work on integrated data excellently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I have disliked from the operation of this great product.

I highly recommend this platform to any company for effective marketing and sales management.
