What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

It is simple to use, offers a high level of customization, has a friendly and flexible interface, enables the generation of advanced reports, has a fairly consolidated ecosystem and high quality, which allows its integration with various applications, its lead generation effectiveness, and also its sophisticated system adapts very well to processes and business needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to provide quality customer service, facilitates customer interaction, which has made it possible to create truly unique and unparalleled experiences and has allowed us to maintain customer loyalty. I especially like its integration with various connected tools within OfficeSuite to execute specific processes, maximize our productivity, achieve quality results and strengthen team collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Access to special functions, such as relationship analysis and predictive ratings, among others, is subject to additional costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent tool that can play a key role in the sales process of any company; it is a well-balanced CRM in terms of marketing, sales and customer service tools; it allows you to manage processes; it offers high performance, functionality and efficiency for lead generation; and it really generates amazing results.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

-I give points to its ability to mold, due to its dynamism at any level of complexity. -Setup is not tedious -Easily integrated with legacy applications Better security system; it is role-based and simple to configure. -Features such as Activity Management and the Dashboard drive our capability, simplifying key decision making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fast Track team from Microsoft, the support they offer after sales has been very helpful. I like having order by being able to gather customers in one place, sending mass notifications, a complete overview, and a good perspective of projects in the portfolio makes taking more accurate and safe directions. This CRM product from Microsoft has definitely raised the potential and will surely be a tool included for the future planning of our goals. Among other benefits it saves me time and also headaches with so many spreadsheets every day, there is less confusion and information is not lost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The internal dashboards take a long time to load, this is an aspect that bothers me sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it to keep track and follow up on reports and leads. Another personal recommendation is to get the most out of this product in conjunction with an ERP.
