What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR from other similar products?

It provides our employees with the tools they need to be more productive and responsive to customers, allowing them to fulfill their goals. It's a low-code platform that's easy to use and customize to my specific needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By bringing everything together in one place and letting me to access it from anywhere, at any time, Microsoft Dynamics 365 gives me a competitive advantage. This allows me to stay current in the corporate world. This application also allows me to communicate information to frontline staff who interact with clients directly. • Fully extensible to meet our requirements, whether we're growing or shrinking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

• It takes some time to become proficient in all functions. • According to the bulk of customer comments, the UI is not very user-friendly straight out of the gate. • The entire system, as well as specialized customizations, might be quite costly. The monthly costs for each user range from $50 to $200 or more. Try a demo or a trial before you buy to be sure it's the right fit for your needs and budget.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

• Because it's built on the Azure platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 adheres to the highest security requirements and is fully compliant with GDPR and other data protection regulations for our company.
