What differentiates Microsoft Azure Monitor from other similar products?
By aggregating data from telemetry logs and presenting it to the user in a robust and clear way, this tool is the best option for monitoring all Azure resources. Instead of going to each resource individually, we can keep an eye on everything from a central location.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its practicality. Once an agent is installed, Azure Monitor can monitor Azure resources and other resources. It is very easy to navigate. Setting up notifications is simple and fast. Robustness and adaptability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The complexity of Azure Monitor, along with the time and effort required to understand how to use it correctly, can seem like a hurdle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Azure Monitor is ideal for my business needs as it facilitates the efficient operation of many critical applications.

It offers specialized insights that provide pre built, expert level health dashboards without me having to drag and drop a single tile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can track a user's journey in application insights and correlate it directly to a spike in backend databases CPU within the same interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's pricing is too much higher than it needs to be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your workload is primarily in Azure, Azure monitor is no brainer l. You simply won't get the same level of day zero visibility with any other tool.
